Final Total: We presented a check in the amont of $11,000.00 to the Make A Wish Foundation - Charleston Chapter
Here is what you did:
We granted 3 full wishes and part of a fourth
David is 5 and is diagnosed with Neuroblastoma (a form of cancer) David loves Thomas the Train and is getting his wish to go to Disney World with his family to meet all the Disney Characters and have a day out with Thomas the Train while he is in Florida - what a dream for David breakfast with all of the Disney Characters each morning and special front line passes.
Lance is 6 and is battling lymphoma - Lance has always dreamed of flying in a plane, going on a boat and seeing the beach. Lance and his family will be boarding a plane headed out to sea on a Disney Cruise.
Ryan is 4 and has been diagnosed with a life threatening illness but he won't let that get in his way of meeting Nemo at Sea World and Mickey and the gang at Disney. However there is a catch to this one - Ryan's mom is pregnant so Ryan's trip will be delayed until Mom has Ryan's new brother or sister, to keep Ryan excited, the Make a Wish Volunteers are sending Ryan a new Disney movie each month until his trip!
Mackenzie is 6 and diagnosed with leukemia. As any little girl would Mackenzie loves the Disney Princesses. So to give her something to look forward to after her treatments Mackenzie will be heading to Disney to meet each and every Disney Princess - a dream come true.
To David, Lance, Ryan and Mackenzie - Please give Mickey and the gang a big hug and kiss from all of us and thank you for letting us be a part of your dream!!
